At Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy, we take pride in customizing medications in a timely manner. Our turnaround time is typically 1 to 3 business days. In rare circumstances, we may need to place an order for ingredients that are out of stock, but we will be sure to openly communicate with you when it may take a little bit longer for your custom medication to be ready for pick up or ship out.

Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy is located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, just west of Presbyterian Rust Hospital off of Unser and Wellspring. We are licensed to ship in all of the following states: New Mexico, Nevada, Georgia, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. If your custom medication does not require a cold pack, it will be shipped via USPS, however, if your custom medication must remain cold, it will be shipped via UPS on ice. The typical processing time for USPS service is 2 to 3 days, while shipments on ice are usually delivered by the next day.
